These guys sold a car to our active duty military son. He is 20. They promised him a loaner while they applied the "fabric" and "undercarriage" protection. They lied. He was told the salesperson who sold him the car "messed up". Too bad. Treat our military better, Mr. Bowser!

Pretty good. We went out on a Tuesday for inspection. What were the odds they lost power and we were sent home with nothing but done. No fault of Nissan. Called later that day to reschedule for Thursday. Was happy with the prompt fit-in. Car was inspected plus multiple other findings that weren't really necessary but we did anyway. Upon checking out our service guy gave us a $25 coupon. Seriously, $25! We just spent over $700 and lost not one day but two days with the power out. Such a great experience! I had an oil change appointment at 9 AM and was out by 10:20. In fact, I also had damage on my car and the guy was so nice to look at it for me that they actually fixed it. It was cheap, and efficient. I can’t give more positive words for Nissan.

It was my first time at Bowser Service. I had an appointment for service on my Nissan Frontier. The whole experience was exceptional. They are very customer focused. I will definitely be back. I also have Nissan Murano. We will be having all our service done at Bowser.

The gentleman waiting on me was super nice. Explained everything in detail. I have a Nissan Rogue Platinum 2023. I was told I need new tires in approximately 5000 miles. I currently have 9642 miles on my car. It is hard to believe that the original tires need to be replaced with 15000 miles. I did look at the tires and unfortunately they look worn. Cars cost a ton if money. Why on an upper end model do they put on low grade tires. Overall Bowser was very polite and informative. It appears that I also learned something about the tires on new cars.

I had a great experience with the service department. They not only fixed the issue with my wife’s car but they did it in a timely manner but also under the original quoted cost. Mr. Miller was our service writer and he was a pleasure to work with.
Timely and thorough service.
Made out OK so far. Haven't used them for 2 years because of overly pushing services. Since being away from them so long, they sent me a comp oil change. Hope nothing was sabotaged??? There was oil in it when I got home!
